🛠️ Improvements & Fixes
1. Brush Target Flexibility
Added Tag and Layer selectors to customize brush targets.
Raycast now adapts to user-defined Tag-Layer combinations.
Result: Full control over where the brush can paint.

2. Exclusive Tool Management
Implemented a global PaintingToolManager to ensure only one tool (Painter or Eraser) is active at a time.
Smooth transition between tools with automatic deactivation of the previous tool.
Result: No more conflicts between tools.

3. "Generate Links" Option Fix
Fixed the visibility of the "Generate Links" option in NavMeshSurface settings.
Result: Users can now properly configure link generation.

4. Brush and Modifier Size Sync
Modifying modifier size adjusts the brush size.Added a "Sync Brush with Modifier" option:Changing brush size updates modifier size (X, Y, Z).
Result: Faster and more intuitive workflow.

5. Dynamic Brush Selection (New Feature in v0.1.2)
Brush selection now dynamically updates the assigned prefab in the interface.
Prefab changes in the dropdown automatically reflect in the Current Prefab field.
Users can override the prefab manually while maintaining seamless dropdown behavior.
Result: Simplified brush management with full flexibility.
